Conceptual Project & Ideas for Penthouse Apartment

This project was developed to deliver a complete and cohesive design concept for the entire apartment, offering unique ideas tailored to the client’s needs. Our involvement focused on the creative and conceptual stages, concluding with the finalized design package. After delivering the drawings and visualizations, we did not take part in the building phases.

The design process included:

2. Color & Material Boards – defining the atmosphere through carefully chosen finishes and palettes.

3. Moodboard – presenting the overall vision and design direction.

4. Detailed DWG Drawings – precise layouts and details for every room.

5. Final Visualizations – photorealistic renderings bringing the concept to life.

The result is a comprehensive design package that reflects both creativity and clarity, giving the client a complete vision of their future home.
